Terms of Service
Last updated: March 17, 2026
1. Beta Program
AILA is currently in a closed beta. Access is limited to invited users. By using AILA during the beta period, you acknowledge that the Service is under active development and may contain bugs, experience downtime, or undergo significant changes without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AILA. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the email address associated with your account.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. AILA is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use AILA for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the API
- Transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content through AILA
- Misrepresent AILA's outputs as professional financial, medical, or legal advice
5. AI-Generated Content
AILA uses AI language models to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. You should independently verify any critical information — especially financial data, scheduling, and health-related suggestions.
AILA is not a substitute for professional financial advisors, medical professionals, or legal counsel.
6. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Plaid, Spotify), you are also bound by their respective terms of service. AILA is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
7. Data Handling
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. During the beta, data is stored on a self-hosted server. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. No Warranty
AILA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. During the beta period, features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AILA and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed appointments, financial losses due to inaccurate data, or data loss.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AILA at any time, with or without cause, during the beta period. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
